The WDM1r filter enables communication with different wavelengths and communication speeds over a single optical fiber by multiplexing and demultiplexing four types of wavelengths: 1270nm, 1310nm, 1490nm, and 1577nm to the COM/GPON/NGA ports. The cartridge module (WDM1r3-6-08) incorporates six independent filters and can accommodate 16 cartridge modules in a 3U-sized integrated chassis (OPA-RMS16-3U).
