As a result of aiming for high efficiency in insulated heaters based on customer requests, we have developed a product and would like to introduce an example of an order received from a customer. Even after achieving high efficiency in the heater, ensuring insulation proved to be challenging, leading us to repeatedly review the specifications of the insulating materials for improvement. By selecting insulating materials that have good heat dissipation while maintaining insulation, we were able to achieve miniaturization of the heater, improvement in heater power consumption, and assurance of insulation.
