Aiming for the automation of leak testing for industrial products.
To automate leak testing, we manufacture and develop ultrasonic leak testing devices (leak testers). Customization is possible based on the inspection targets and customer requests. There are two main detection methods, and we will propose options based on customer requirements and inspection targets. 1) Active ultrasonic method An ultrasonic transceiver (speaker) is inserted into the item being tested to generate ultrasonic waves, and leak detection is performed by detecting ultrasonic waves of the same frequency from the leak points. 2) Passive ultrasonic method Air pressure is applied to the product being inspected, and leak detection is performed by receiving ultrasonic waves such as: - Ultrasonic waves generated by airflow from pinholes at leak points - The sound of solution bursting at leak points when a solution is applied to the surface of the product.

basic information
Ultrasonic waves (in the 40kHz range) that escape from leaks are received by a microphone with a preamplifier, and measurements are taken through amplification and signal processing within the device. Our micro-signal detection technology allows for the detection of small signals. By combining this with application software that has detection algorithms, it is possible to automatically detect the presence of leaks. Since we develop the application software in-house, we can customize it to suit your needs, such as notifying external parties of detection results, thereby facilitating the automation of inspections. *Whether leaks can actually be detected depends on considerations such as soundproofing and microphone placement in the actual environment, which will be determined by the customer. We also offer paid rental of demo units, so please feel free to consult with us.
