The "FloroSurf FG-509X Series" is a release agent that forms a dry fluorine film on the surface of molds. By simply applying it with a spray gun in our manufacturing facility and allowing it to air dry at room temperature, a dry, non-stick surface is imparted to the mold. There is no need to outsource processing to specialized contractors. The film is extremely thin, allowing for excellent continuous release properties even for complex and precise shapes. Additionally, the release agent components do not transfer, so cleaning of the molded products is unnecessary.
