We would like to introduce a consulting case for a publicly listed company with its headquarters in a regional city and bases across Japan. As a result of securities analysis, it was found that the insurance coverage was not comparable to that of large companies with branches nationwide. It also became clear that the insurance company's representatives were inexperienced in proposing to large companies such as publicly listed firms. Therefore, after thoroughly interviewing the practical teams about the commercial and logistics flows, we conducted multiple study sessions for the insurance department. Based on the current situation revealed during the interviews, we proposed a transition to the insurance design content that should be covered as a publicly listed company.
