A role to receive waste generated from the production line! A case study of a design with an openable tank bottom plate.
We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a waste receiving tank for a food factory. The tank is uniquely rectangular in shape and features a bottom plate that is attached with hinges and can be opened. When the waste reaches capacity, the bottom plate can be opened to dispose of the waste all at once. In the manufacturing of the tank, the difficulty level of aligning the bottom plate is high, and welding is performed in each area to ensure there are no gaps.
