Sanitary special hopper for processing bulk materials! Oxidation prevention treatment is required for welded parts.
We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a sanitary hopper tank for a food factory. The bottom plate of the hopper has a rounded corner shape, which makes welding difficult and achieving precision challenging. Additionally, the upper loading section and other parts are designed for butt welding, requiring oxidation prevention treatment for the welds. The interior is treated with a 400-grit buff finish, while the exterior undergoes acid pickling, making setup difficult and increasing the complexity of surface treatment for this special hopper. 【Case Overview】 ■Industry: Beverage Industry ■Container Diameter: Confidential ■Material: SUS304 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
