To the wireless equipment manufacturer, we would like to introduce a case study of the development of an RFIC testing fixture. The company expressed a desire to create a testing fixture for a newly designed RFIC, requesting that the complex test items currently performed manually be automated. In response, we developed and delivered a PC application that automatically controls the SG (signal generator) and PM (power meter). The previously manual and complex testing process was automated, and the testing procedures were simplified, leading to their satisfaction.
