A circulator is placed inside the measurement room to ensure that air does not blow directly onto the machine body, while circulating the indoor air to maintain stability within 2°C during actual measurements. Additionally, since an air conditioner for the polishing machine is installed in the factory where the measurement room is located, stability is maintained within 1°C during constant conditions.

● Repetition Accuracy The previously used TESA manual simple three-dimensional measuring machine with dimensions of 400×400×300 and an accuracy of ±5μm lacked reliability as the measurement results were influenced by the environment and human factors. However, with the recent introduction, the stroke has been increased to X900mm, Y1000mm, and Z600mm, and the accuracy guarantee has improved to 1.8μm + 4/1000L. With the transition to a CNC machine, the repetition accuracy has become approximately 1μm. Additionally, due to the temperature compensation feature, more accurate measurements are now possible.
