At Akatsuka Manufacturing, we mainly manufacture machine tool parts and related components. In recent years, we have seen an increase in projects involving non-ferrous metals such as stainless steel and aluminum, and we have also received more inquiries regarding thin workpieces for both flange work and cylindrical work. In 2017, we introduced a combined cylindrical grinding machine from Taiyo Koki, and in 2020, we utilized a manufacturing subsidy to acquire a high-precision CNC three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, the XYZAX AXCEL from Tokyo Seimitsu, and we are striving to improve precision every day. 【Processing Size Guidelines】 - Cutting Processing: Minimum size for inner diameter processing Flange work Φ30 and above, cylindrical work Φ100 and above - Grinding Processing Maximum size for outer diameter processing is approximately Φ500 Minimum size for inner diameter processing is Φ110 For inner diameters below Φ50, please consult us; ultra-thin flange processing is available up to Φ500 (non-ferrous materials accepted).
