Zippered clean poly bags (100×170mm) pack of 1000 / Item number M2613CPB-AC1017A

This is a clean type of resealable zipper bag that was previously considered impossible. It is produced in a clean room with a cleanliness level of ISO class 7 (class 10,000). Our new method ensures a very high level of cleanliness for the film's front and back, which has been the biggest drawback of conventional zipper bags. The innermost layer that comes into contact with the contents uses "additive-free polyethylene film," which has a proven track record from the manufacturer, resulting in significantly reduced bleed of additives and insoluble particles. Additionally, no adhesives are used for bonding the films, making it a completely new zipper bag that can be used in fields such as pharmaceuticals and electronic devices.

Shipping is possible in units of one box. The number of items per box varies by size, ranging from 150 to 1000 pieces. The inner packaging is vacuum-sealed in small quantities of 30 to 50 pieces, making it a user-friendly product. There are a total of five standard sizes available, allowing you to choose the size that fits your needs. Since these are in stock, they can be shipped quickly. *For standard sizes, please refer to the list below. They are produced in a clean room with cleanliness ISO class 7 (class 10,000). The film's surface and back, which were previously impossible to clean with zipper bags, are now dust-free due to a new method, resulting in "high cleanliness zipper bags." The innermost layer that comes into contact with the contents uses our "clean polyethylene bags" made from "additive-free polyethylene raw materials," ensuring safe use. In accordance with the Food Sanitation Act, they meet the standards for synthetic resin utensils or container packaging (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370 of 1959), as well as the essential pharmaceutical standards for drug packaging, conforming to the revised Japanese Pharmacopoeia's testing criteria for "containers for injectable preparations made of polyethylene or polypropylene."
