Stöber, which began its history with textile machinery, has accumulated over 135 years of know-how and achievements in mechatronics, and has now grown into an international group headquartered in Switzerland, with more than 6,000 employees and annual sales exceeding 1.6 billion Swiss francs (2023 fiscal year). The engineering expertise developed in textile machinery has been expanded into robotics, fluid connectors, and electrical connectors, resulting in high-performance and high-quality products. [Robot Division] We provide a wide range of solutions including 6-axis robots designed for harsh environments (decontamination and sterilization environments, high humidity environments), compact 4-axis (scara robots) boasting high productivity, precision, and speed, 6-axis robots for medium and heavy payloads, and AGVs. In the pharmaceutical industry, our products are utilized in various processes such as API research and manufacturing, production of liquid and solid dosage forms, biotherapy (such as dispensing and capping), and inspection. [Fluid Connector Division] Our special structure (non-spill structure) virtually eliminates liquid dripping, air biting, and contamination during attachment and detachment, protecting the work environment and ensuring the safety of operators from hazardous fluids. Due to its structure and high sanitary properties, it is used for connections in clean rooms, such as chiller connections, filter connections, and integrity testing machines, and it has a proven track record of use in Grade A environments across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
