Conventional range-up pouches were mostly packaged using a bag-in-box method, but by performing bag-making, filling, and packaging directly from roll film within the packaging machine, we contribute to reducing material costs (a cost reduction of 20-30% per bag compared to bag-made products, according to our research). Additionally, it has become less likely for liquids to leak from the steam vent, even in food products that contain a lot of liquid. It is also compatible with standard pillow products. This packaging form is compatible with the Onpack-204BF.
