Guard Scepter 101P is an anti-rust primer paint made primarily from modified polyurethane resin using water as a curing agent. Guard Scepter 101P is a highly penetrating liquid, allowing it to deeply infiltrate the rust layer, seeking out cracks, pitting, and moisture that has intruded into the grain boundaries, penetrating all the way to the iron substrate. It reacts with water molecules and releases CO2 gas into the atmosphere, effectively fixing the rust in place and forming a strong, inert polyurethane film, providing excellent anti-rust effects. 【Features】 - Guard Scepter 101P is a coating agent that can be applied directly over rust without removing it from steel formwork. - Since there is no need to scrape off the rust, it significantly reduces labor costs, time, and effort. - Its quick-drying properties greatly shorten the time required for painting work. - The hardened film is strong and is not easily affected by any solvents.

【Instructions for Use】 ■ Lightly scrape off any rust or old paint on the surface to be coated using a bamboo broom or wire brush. ■ If there is dirt or salt on the surface, wash it off with water. ■ If there are oil stains, degrease the surface. ■ Apply the coating using tools suitable for the site, such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns. *After finishing the work, clean the application tools with thinner. ■ The surface will become touch-dry in about 1 to 2 hours, but please allow more than one day for curing before concrete pouring. ■ For a stripping agent, please use our product Samtech A-1. ■ It can be reused 5 to 7 times. ■ If reuse continues, it may start to peel off, so please scrape it with a bamboo broom or wire brush and reapply Guard Scepter 101P.
