Large synthetic quartz glass
This is a cylindrical synthetic quartz glass with a diameter of 30 centimeters and a thickness of 19 centimeters. While I cannot show you photos after processing, we do have experience with large-scale synthetic quartz processing. Heat Resistance: Synthetic quartz has very high heat resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1000°C. This characteristic makes it suitable for use in high-temperature environments. Chemical Stability: Synthetic quartz is highly resistant to acids and alkalis. It has excellent chemical resistance and is corrosion-resistant to almost all acids. Transparency: Synthetic quartz is transparent and suitable for optical applications. It is widely used in optical devices such as lenses and optical fibers. Electrical Insulation: Synthetic quartz has excellent electrical insulation properties, making it important in fields such as electronics and sensors. Ultra High Purity: Quartz glass is synthesized from ultra-high purity silicon dioxide. As a result, it has very high purity, making it suitable for optical applications.
