Learn through case studies! Practical training course for harassment consultation services.
Kanagawa Prefectural Labor Welfare Association Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Labor Course
Knowledge and responses that the person in charge should be aware of.
The "Comprehensive Promotion of Labor Policy Act," commonly known as the Power Harassment Prevention Law, will be fully applied to small and medium-sized enterprises starting in April 2022, requiring all workplaces to establish consultation desks. It is not enough to simply set up a consultation desk; it is also required to train the personnel in charge and create manuals to ensure that they can respond appropriately to inquiries based on the content and circumstances. In this course, we will invite experts to discuss the practical responses and considerations for harassment consultation desk personnel. We will provide a detailed explanation of the necessary legal knowledge, awareness, mindset, and key points for responding to consultations, using case studies. Participants will learn how to appropriately handle the increasing number of harassment consultations each year. Event Schedule: - Zoom Live Lecture June 20, 2024 (Thursday) from 14:00 to 17:00 (3 hours) - WEB On-Demand Lecture Available for one month starting from the day after the lecture. For applications made after the live session, viewing is available for one month from the desired date.
