A Wi-Fi wireless access point that can cover several hundred devices (theoretical value) within a radius of 1 km and can connect to equipment from different manufacturers.
This product is a compactly designed IEEE802.11ah compliant wireless access point that can be used in various installation locations. The new Wi-Fi standard "IEEE802.11ah," which utilizes sub-gigahertz wireless communication, became available in Japan in September 2022. It operates in the 920MHz band, allowing for outdoor use without a license. Compared to traditional 920MHz wireless communication, it enables high-speed communication and the establishment of long-distance networks, making it promising for use in large factories, plants, and farms. The wireless access point of this product can be installed in various locations, including walls and DIN rails, thanks to its compact design and included mounting bracket. It also supports external antennas, allowing for the construction of a highly flexible wireless LAN system. 【Main Features】 ● Compliant with IEEE802.11ah standard ● Supports 920MHz band wireless with excellent transmission distance ● Compatible with various power environments and mode switching ● Suitable for installation not only on flat surfaces but also on walls and DIN rails ● Supports a wide range of temperature environments ● Compliant with advanced security standards WPA3/WPA2

Detailed information
-
Compared to conventional wireless LAN access points using 2.4GHz and 5GHz, a single access point can cover an area with a radius of 1 km (theoretical value) and connect to hundreds of devices.
-
It combines the advantages of sub-gigahertz wireless communication, such as communication distance, radio wave interference avoidance, and diffraction characteristics of obstacles, with the versatility of conventional wireless LANs and connectivity between different manufacturers. It is easy to add the benefits of the IEEE 802.11ah wireless network, which enables long-distance communication and supports a large number of connections, to existing communication infrastructures like wired and wireless networks.
-
If you want to "expand the communication area," "experience instability due to obstructions," or "notice a drop in communication speed over long distances," you can use repeater mode or mesh mode to serve as a relay station. Since the connection between the access point and the relay station is also wireless, you can easily expand the communication area by simply adding relay stations. By adjusting the relay position and antenna height, you can achieve stable communication.
