The Triethylammonium Acetate Solution (TEAA) 2.0 M manufactured by ADS Biotec (formerly Transgenomic) from USA is a product for creating mobile phases for nucleic acid analysis using ion-pair reverse-phase HPLC. The component is 2M triethylammonium acetate (TEAA). It can be particularly used for preparing TEAA Buffer A and Buffer B suitable for columns made by ADS Biotec. TEAA Buffer A: 0.1M TEAA TEAA Buffer B: 0.1M TEAA, 25% acetonitrile It is sold in cases containing six 200mL bottles. One case can produce 24L of 0.1M concentration TEAA. It can also be used for the separation of double-stranded and denatured nucleic acids by HPLC. ADS Biotec has obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications and conducts thorough quality control.
