Optimal sorting machine by variety, production line, and shipping.
The product is a horizontal high-speed automatic sorting machine (H.H.S). In addition to the basic sorting conditions of SAFETY, PERFECTION, and SPEEDY, it features a product-friendly sorting system. The slide shoes integrated with each slat push the products sideways, achieving gentle sorting for the packages. Additionally, sorting is done with the necessary number of shoes according to the length of the packages, allowing for efficient delivery to the intended lane. ●SAFETY There is no damage or cargo collapse. There is no vertical movement during sorting, preventing damage to the transported items. This has been proven by our track record in tofu sorting lines at supermarkets. ●PERFECTION It achieves perfect sorting. The slide shoes ensure that the transported items are sorted accurately to the designated line. There are no sorting errors or variations in sorting positions. ●SPEEDY It performs high-speed continuous sorting. It has the capacity to continuously sort up to 5,000 cases per hour. (The capacity varies depending on the size of the cases.) *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

Founded in 1961 (Showa 36), we have been dedicated to conveyors ever since. As a pioneer in logistics and transportation systems, we have been proposing and constructing systems that match our customers' diverse needs. Logistics systems have evolved over time, and in recent years, various information systems have become intricately intertwined, leading to increased sophistication. In this context, in December 2008 (Heisei 20), our company became a group company of IHI Corporation, establishing a framework that allows us to respond to customer needs more than ever before. We promise to sensitively capture the movements of the ever-changing logistics systems and to leverage the engineering know-how we have cultivated over many years, continuously coordinating next-generation logistics systems in total.
