The "Card Series" polymer dehumidifying dryer from Wittmann is a compact dehumidifying dryer in hopper size that can be directly mounted on top of molding machines.
The CARD series utilizes compressed air to achieve stable drying. The energy required for drying comes solely from the heater. Additionally, it features a low-cost design that does not use consumables such as adsorbents. Various ideas incorporated into its simple structure have realized the best performance. With capacities of 1 liter, 3 liters, and 6 liters, it is ultra-compact and can be directly mounted on small molding machines, stabilizing material drying. Even in larger stationary types, there is no use of adsorbents, allowing for reduced running costs. The CARD series is a dehumidifying dryer. It has a wealth of experience in domestic applications for drying materials like PA6.6, where temperature cannot be increased.
