- Introduction of "Assist Mode" We have equipped our newly developed "Assist Mode," which simplifies and streamlines the operation screen of our conventional UI, "mico." By simply following the straightforward steps suggested by the machine, all preparations necessary for cutting processing are completed. TAKMill guides you from selecting the processing program to adjusting the feed rate and setting up the workpiece. - Compact yet with a large cutting surface With a stroke that is wide relative to a machine width of less than 1000mm, it enables cutting in a more space-efficient manner while covering a larger processing area. Additionally, with a vertical stroke of 250mm, it can also handle deep shape processing. - No need for tool length measurement For those inexperienced in processing, tool length measurement can be time-consuming and requires memorizing procedures. There are also disadvantages such as processing failures due to measurement errors and, in the worst case, damaging the machine. TAKMill completely eliminates the hassle of tool length measurement and is programmed to perform the procedure automatically.
