The Inversion Series utilizes general-purpose air and spindle rotational power to automatically flip the workpiece simply by attaching it to a machining center. Additionally, with the inclusion of proximity sensors, it reliably detects the opening and closing of the arm, preventing issues such as workpiece drops caused by "assumed operation." It eliminates the need for costly investments in "robots," "gantry loaders," and "conveyor lanes," as well as the need for "manual workpiece posture changes," which can lead to reduced equipment operating rates.
