Our company offers "PCB assembly" services that also respond to inquiries regarding parts procurement. For insertion assembly, discrete components are handled from manual insertion to wave soldering. Additionally, the boards after manual insertion undergo quality inspection using image inspection machines and in-circuit testers. We also conduct prototype and mass production assembly, flexibly meeting customer needs with a high-quality and efficient production system based on the concept of "one-piece production." 【Features of Machine Assembly】 - Surface mount components can be handled by high-speed assembly machines for both single-sided and double-sided reflow. - Capable of assembling components up to 38.1mm in height, including 0603 chips, 0.4mm pitch QFP, and BGA. - Board sizes can accommodate up to M size (330mm x 250mm). - Uses lead-free solder for P/b. - After assembly, checks for missing components and solder conditions are performed using a 3D image inspection machine. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
