CABS (Computer Aided Balancing System) is a system for analyzing shaft vibrations of various rotating machinery, including power generation turbines. It obtains: - A pulse signal of 1 pulse per rotation as a phase reference and rotation - Shaft vibration waveform signals from shaft vibration detection sensors While displaying the vibration state of the rotating machinery in real-time modal circles (Nyquist diagrams), it saves the data. In addition to shaft vibrations, it can simultaneously collect parameters such as generator output and oil temperature to monitor operational conditions. By combining collection modules based on the signals, we can provide equipment that fits perfectly with your facilities. The collected data can be monitored in an easily understandable graph format, and it can also be utilized for early warning alarms and anomaly notifications. Additionally, it can securely share information with various systems, including collaboration with abnormal detection AI functions for preventive maintenance, asset management, and production management systems.
