The GP Drill Series uses PCD for the cutting edge material. It has high resistance to adhesion when machining aluminum, enabling stable machining accuracy even in one-shot processing. For solid hole machining, we offer the two-flute GP drill, and for cast holes, the three-flute GPT drill. By using the GP Drill Series, you can reduce processing time and tool costs for processes that were traditionally done in two steps.
