[Explanatory Material] What is a "Heat Exchanger" that can efficiently cool fluids in a space-saving manner?

We introduce stainless steel tanks essential for craft beer brewing and space-saving heat exchangers.

Our company manufactures and sells tanks for craft beer. Depending on the manufacturing process, we offer three types of tanks for boiling, mashing, and fermentation. To make it easier for those who are considering starting a craft beer business to introduce equipment, we also propose and sell other related devices as a package. One of these is the "heat exchanger." A heat exchanger is a device that transfers (exchanges) thermal energy from a fluid at a higher temperature to a fluid at a lower temperature, similar to an air conditioner or radiator. Recently, we visited "Nihasan Seisakusho Co., Ltd.," which holds the top share in the domestic market for plate heat exchangers and whose products we also handle. This document will explain the basics of the heat exchangers introduced during our visit and our craft beer tanks.
