Pion's ultra-high pressure homogenizer achieves a maximum operating pressure of 45,000 psi. It enables the creation of extremely small particle sizes (0.1 μm) more uniformly, which was difficult with previous high-pressure homogenizers. Additionally, by significantly reducing the time required for particle generation, it offers overwhelming cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, with a rich lineup of products, it allows for easy scaling up from lab scale to pilot and then to production scale.
