Operation test using waste engine oil provided by a nearby automotive maintenance factory. The "IOW Centrifugal Oil Separator" achieved high rotational speeds of over 6000 rpm within a few minutes of operation. In just a few hours of operation, it efficiently removed sludge and sub-micron level contaminant particles from the waste oil. It was confirmed that iron-based microparticles were removed by the hybrid system. A remarkable level of purification was achieved when compared to the oil before testing. Removal of sub-micron contaminants similar to "liquid sandpaper." By preventing wear on mechanical parts, the lifespan of the machinery is extended, which helps reduce downtime due to maintenance.
