The patented IOW Group centrifugal oil separator comes standard with a sludge monitoring system (separator control unit) and features a unique bowl disk technology that was previously used in conventional large centrifuges. The MTU series engines are installed on catamarans. This engine is a core brand of Rolls-Royce Power Systems, leading the world with high-efficiency diesel engines that meet the most stringent requirements. The manual for this engine also states that the centrifuge is effective in extending the lifespan of transmission oil. Existing old centrifugal technology equipment has been replaced with the IOW centrifugal oil separator for improved engine efficiency and protection against contaminants in lubricating oil.
