Contribution to Sustainable Marine Business - High Efficiency IOW Oil Separator
IOW Centrifugal Oil Separator MP090, MP200, MP400, MP600
Leading the marine industry towards a more sustainable future - the mission of the IOW Group. What are the solutions offered by IOW centrifugal oil separators?
In the marine industry, inadequate lubrication is the most common cause of main engine damage. A customer has used IOW Group's centrifugal separator filters on several vessels for several years, accumulating over 5,000 hours of operational experience, and is very satisfied with the performance and design advantages of these filters. In the business of ocean-going vessels, the rise in fuel and lubricant costs due to soaring crude oil prices causes significant damage. To address this: - Smooth engine operation - extending machine life - Reducing replacement parts - Lowering maintenance costs - Improving fuel efficiency - Extending lubricant life - reducing consumption - Enhancing engine efficiency with cost-effective IOW centrifugal oil separators This can contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. With reliable product quality from a company certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001: - Upgrading existing centrifugal separation technology to improve lubricant cleanliness. - Can be retrofitted to existing installations without the need for modifications - Achieving the industry's highest centrifugal force speed - Quick and easy installation - Easy maintenance - Real-time contamination level monitoring with a remote access monitoring system - Better results with fewer resources used.

basic information
The newly designed IOW centrifugal oil separator efficiently removes more harmful contaminants from lubricating oil than any other pressure-driven centrifuge in the world, contributing to long-term benefits within organizations, such as engine lifespan and oil change intervals. The patented IOW Group centrifugal oil separator comes standard with a sludge monitoring system (separator control unit) and features a unique bowl disk technology that was previously used in conventional large centrifuges. Measures to prevent global warming through the introduction of the IOW centrifugal oil separator include: 1. Contributing to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions by operating diesel engines as efficiently as possible. 2. Extending engine oil change intervals—reducing the consumption of lubricating oil, which has a significant negative impact on the environment. 3. Extending machine lifespan—contributing to a significant reduction in carbon dioxide emissions due to the environmental burden of parts replacement and the production and transportation involved. "World Maritime Day," established by the International Maritime Organization, is a day to consider how we can contribute to a more sustainable future for everyone. The IOW Group is helping to reduce lubricating oil consumption through the efficiency of marine engines.
