The BJGF drill consists of a drill bit and four vanishing reamer blades. It achieves "high-precision machining" through high rigidity and multi-blade reamer design, "excellent surface roughness" due to superior cooling and chip removal with a back jet coolant supply, and "extended lifespan" through the use of multi-layer coatings, enabling one-pass finishing of cast workpieces.
