Thermal barrier, Sky method, Fit method
We will introduce patented methods【Sky Method】【Fit Method】that use high-performance heat-insulating sheets to prevent temperature rise within the factory.
▼ Sky Method https://www.e-lifetech.com/factory/sky/ "Approximately 97% reduction of 'radiant heat from the sun' that cannot be completely prevented by insulation materials" by applying a heat-insulating sheet over the corrugated roof. ■ Indoor temperature in summer decreases by about 11°C (maximum temperature difference based on experimental results) ■ Contributes to savings on air conditioning costs, prevention of product deterioration, and improvement of working environment ■ Provides stable heat insulation effects regardless of the skill of the workers or weather conditions during installation ■ Effective against rain leaks ■ Uses strong double-sided tape that does not peel off even in winds of 40m/s ▼ Fit Method https://www.e-lifetech.com/product/fit/ Significantly reduces heat released around drying ovens and machinery with non-combustible certified heat-insulating sheets. ◆ Features ■ Obtained non-combustible certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, ensuring safety for use around high-temperature furnaces ■ Sheets with a thickness of 0.2mm can be connected and grommet processed ■ Prevents heat release by enclosing the entire furnace ■ Reduces the risk of failure by exhausting high heat through ducts created by enclosure ■ Can be installed even on large machinery

The reason why the shade of a corrugated roof is hot and the shade of a tree is cool, among other principles of heat, will be explained! Even though the wind passes through and the temperature remains unchanged, why is the shade of a corrugated roof hot while the shade of a tree is cool? The answer lies in "radiant heat." Radiant heat refers to electromagnetic waves such as far-infrared rays. When you have a bonfire in a drum can, your body warms up even though the wind is blowing. In this way, radiant heat moves from the hotter object (the drum can) to the cooler object (the human body), transmitting heat regardless of the air temperature. [Reasons why the shade of a corrugated roof is hot] - Temperature in summer: 70°C to 80°C - Human skin temperature: about 32°C to 33°C - Radiant heat from the corrugated roof is directed towards the human body - Even in the same shade, the perceived temperature can vary greatly due to the presence or absence of radiant heat ➙ The Sky Sheet (heat-insulating sheet) used in the Sky Method cuts 97% of the radiant heat from the sun.

A single installation can simultaneously address heat insulation and prevent rain leaks! Introducing a new method that solves the challenges of heat-reflective coatings. The "Sky Method" involves installing a sky sheet made of aluminum foil, which excels in reflecting radiant heat. It provides uniform heat insulation effects regardless of the skill level of the workers or the weather conditions during installation. Additionally, it effectively prevents rain leaks unique to corrugated roofs, allowing for both heat insulation and rain leak prevention to be achieved in one installation. 【Features of the Installation】 ■ A method that installs a sky sheet made of aluminum foil, which excels in reflecting radiant heat. ■ Provides uniform heat insulation effects regardless of the skill level of the workers or the weather conditions during installation. ■ Effectively prevents rain leaks unique to corrugated roofs. ■ Allows for both heat insulation and rain leak prevention to be achieved in one installation.

A non-combustible sheet made by combining glass fiber cloth with a special resin sheet and applying aluminum foil on both sides. It can be sewn to form a wide sheet like a tent, allowing it to enclose a drying oven and release heat outdoors. By encapsulating the heat generated by machines and cutting the heat emitted from the machines, it is possible to improve the working environment.

Effectiveness Test of Thermo Barrier Fit Experiment conducted by Professor Akira Nakayama (specializing in thermal engineering) at Shizuoka University, Faculty of Engineering. 【Test Method】 A constant level of radiant heat flux is applied to the surface of the Thermo Barrier Fit, and the temperature rise is measured using sensors installed on the backside of the Thermo Barrier Fit. Based on the measured temperature rise data, the heat transfer index (RHTI24, RHTI24-RHTI12) and heat transfer factor (TF) are calculated to evaluate thermal conductivity. 【Test Results】 It was confirmed that the Thermo Barrier Fit can reduce radiant heat by approximately one-third at a plate temperature of 198°C. Similar results were obtained at 105°C and 145°C. By using the Thermo Barrier Fit, radiant heat can be reduced compared to direct exposure to radiant heat.

By using thermobarriers on the roofs and walls of houses and factories, it is possible to suppress the rise in building temperature caused by the radiant heat of the summer sun and lower the perceived temperature. This makes it possible to reduce the use of air conditioning. Thermobarriers are also effective in winter. In winter, indoor temperatures tend to escape outside. Since thermobarriers reflect the radiant heat generated indoors back into the room, they help prevent a drop in indoor temperatures. Utilizing this function, thermobarriers play a very important role in achieving "cool in summer and warm in winter" easily and affordably.
