One of our customer's core businesses, electrical safety management, faced the challenge of "handwritten inspection reports." Additionally, there were the following requests to promote the implementation: <Requests> - To lower the hurdles for IT implementation, improve usability without changing the appearance of the current report. To address this challenge with IT, we focused on the ease of use for inspectors, prioritizing readability in terms of font size, color, and layout. Furthermore, we improved the input process by implementing a selection method for items.
