Our company is a group of experts that utilizes ultra-precision machining technology cultivated over many years along with new equipment and machinery. With the concept of being used in urban areas, we are developing a small wind turbine that converts the horizontal flow of wind into a vertical direction, allowing it to operate without concern for wind direction. The rotating propeller is not visible from the outside, and it is equipped with a guard that prevents scattering in the event of propeller failure. Our company has been engaged in metal parts processing in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture for 62 years. One of our features is that we own equipment capable of processing various types of operations in-house, including lathe processing, machining, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, internal grinding, wire electrical discharge machining, deep hole processing with gun drilling, slotting, jig boring, jig grinding, and casting processing. We can perform lathe processing and cylindrical grinding on shaft items with a maximum processing diameter of 300mm and a length of 1000mm, and internal grinding can also be done depending on the product size. We mainly handle precision products such as spindles for machine tools. Additionally, we own vertical grinding machines, allowing us to process products with a diameter of 400mm and a thickness of about 100mm. For rectangular items, we can perform machining, surface grinding, and three-dimensional measurement on maximum processing sizes of 1000mm in width, 2000mm in length, and 800mm in height. Within a 15-minute drive from our company in the Nagaoka area, we can accommodate casting procurement, quenching, carburizing quenching, vacuum quenching, high-frequency quenching, blackening, electroless nickel plating, hard chrome plating, and laser treatment.
