We received a request from Nissho Techno Co., Ltd. for collaborative development due to a need for the product. In response, our company assisted in prototype development through design and parts manufacturing. By refining the product's usage conditions and reducing costs through the prototype machine, we were able to finalize the product. 【Product Overview】 ■ Just Beveller (a device for beveling pipe materials and stripping chrome from pipe materials) ■ Machine dimensions: 800mm × 740mm × 1,640mm ■ Machine weight: approximately 200kg ■ Power supply: single-phase 100V ■ Processing pipe diameter: SGP65A to 350A ■ Pipe end bevel processing: angle of approximately 35 degrees - Outer surface removal width: maximum of approximately 10mm - Inner surface removal width: maximum of approximately 10mm ■ Production period: 3 years
