We would like to introduce a case study on the automation of the insertion process by JUKI Corporation. Frequent personnel changes resulted in startup costs each time, and it took time to stabilize quality. Additionally, due to a labor shortage, there was an increase in overtime, outsourcing, and the use of temporary workers, which put pressure on profits. In response, we introduced the "JM50" and "JM20" with the expectation of reducing hiring costs and labor expenses. We were able to achieve reductions in hiring costs and labor expenses, which alleviated the burden on workers and improved the working environment.
