■Compatible with solid flooring (15mm) By using plywood as the base material around the inspection opening, similar to the surrounding area, installation with adhesive and nails or staples has become possible. ■Suppresses creaking and wobbling Even under a load of 980N (100kgf), the deflection is only slightly less than 3mm. There is no noticeable creaking or wobbling when installed in high-traffic areas such as in front of the kitchen or bathroom, ensuring a comfortable walking experience. ■Thoroughly pursues airtightness The airtight materials between the lid and the frame achieve exceptionally high airtightness. The sealing pack is located in the recess of the base material, maintaining elasticity and preventing wobbling while ensuring airtightness. ■Storage cabinets can also be installed We offer three types of storage cabinets with different depths, which can also be utilized as storage space. They can be installed later by simply fitting them in. *If you plan to use the storage cabinet, the following height is required from the top of the base plywood (24mm) to the floor: - SPF-60S3 (deep type): 480mm or more - SPF-60S2 (shallow type): 320mm or more - SPF-60S1 (thin type): 190mm or more
