This is a maintenance-free paint that uses high-quality stainless steel flakes, featuring high rust resistance and high film strength.
High-quality stainless steel flakes (SUS316L) are processed into flakes using our technology. These flakes are then blended into resin using our unique know-how to create a coating. The high corrosion resistance of stainless steel extends the lifespan of the coated objects and contributes to maintenance-free performance. Additionally, by layering the flakes, we achieve a high coating hardness of 4H or 5H (in the case of baked coatings). Our coatings can be used in various situations, including painting on manufacturing lines, spraying, and brush application. In addition to the rich metallic color of stainless steel itself, we offer a variety of color options.
