AL4 Series (Differential Pressure) (Low Pressure, Digital Output)

We accommodate various pressure ranges. The AL4 series features digital output and is suitable for low pressure applications.

The AL4 series consists of a silicon piezo-resistive pressure sensor and a signal processing IC. The weak signals from the pressure sensor chip are amplified and temperature compensated by the signal processing IC, converting them into an analog output proportional to the pressure. The AL4 series is a digital output sensor for low pressure.
