Large-scale gene introduction with cell numbers ranging from 1×10⁷ to 1×10⁹!! GMP kits suitable for manufacturing purposes are also now available.
The large-capacity device LV unit has been introduced as an expansion unit for the 4D-Nucleofector. It is a Nucleofector device capable of introducing genes into a large number of cells, ranging from 1×10^7 to 1×10^9, in a closed system at once. First, you can try it on a small scale with the 4D-Nucleofecto-X unit, and then apply the same protocol used with the X unit directly to the 4D-Nucleofector-LV unit. The transition from the X unit to the LV unit has been confirmed in T cells, CHO-S, HEK293-S, and K562 cells. *This product is for research use only. ■Features - Closed system – Gene introduction of up to 10^9 cells in a sterile condition - Scalability – Widely usable from small scale to large capacity - Established protocols – Optimized protocols for over 700 cell types ■Applications - Ex-vivo modification of cells for cell therapy (genome editing, creation of CAR-T cells, etc.) - Screening of proteins and antibodies through transient expression - Large-scale production of transient expression cells for cell-based assays
