We have newly added products to our small PKG (SC-74) MOS-FET lineup that can be used for high current applications. This product has an increased allowable loss compared to SC-59, resulting in an improvement of approximately 10% in the maximum rated drain current, making it possible to achieve high current within the same mounting area.
