Due to the lack of a management foundation to accommodate scale expansion, various turnover rates (accounts receivable and inventory assets) are deteriorating. Furthermore, the liquidity of real assets is slowing down, but many companies are unable to grasp the factors behind this, resulting in reactive responses. As the "old" and "new" clash, if they do not successfully integrate, it will lead to a destruction of the organizational culture.
