Comprehensive HTS from His tag purification in small amounts! IMAC PhyTip column
The IMAC PhyTip column allows for easy affinity purification in small amounts, starting from a minimum resin volume of 5 µL. If you want to process recombinant protein purification in small quantities with multiple samples, it can be handled using HTS. It is compatible with major liquid handlers for chip-type chromatography. The use of the PhyTip column requires slow pipetting operations, so a dedicated electric pipetter, such as the 'ME System', or a liquid handler robot is necessary. It supports a wide variety of resins and custom packing is also available.

Detailed information
-
Dual Flow Chromatography Technology Hydrophilic screens are fixed above and below the resin filled in the chip, and unlike conventional unidirectional chromatography, DFC allows for repeated suction and discharge, improving the binding capacity with the resin. The realization of pipetting operations enables reproducible data to be obtained through the use of electric pipettors and liquid handlers. Additionally, pipetting at low speeds allows for purification under mild conditions without losing the original activity of the proteins.
