Our product, ActiGem, is a powdered activated carbon that enables highly efficient COD removal. ActiGem has the following features: - It has more than twice the effectiveness of conventional powdered activated carbon in terms of COD removal. - It excels in decolorization and clarification, and is also used to improve decolorization and transparency. - It effectively approaches liquid COD sources through the adsorption effect of activated carbon. - It has a proven track record in wastewater treatment for cutting oils, release agents, paints, surfactants, beverages, and molasses.

By using it in conjunction with other coagulants in the coagulation process of wastewater treatment, it removes COD more effectively. Below are examples of results. A certain food chemical manufacturer (beverage filling line cleaning wastewater) was struggling with COD and introduced our Actigem. Before the introduction, the COD was originally 40 [mg/L], but after the introduction, it significantly improved to below 20 [mg/L].
