Development of technologies related to early healing of fractures [Public Suwa University of Science and Technology]
Introduction to the verification of early healing through the phenomenon of osteoblast alignment induction!
We would like to introduce the "Development of Technologies Related to Early Healing of Bone Fractures." Based on the discovery of the phenomenon where osteoblasts are induced to align in a nano-periodic structure, we verified the regeneration of fractured areas using metal fixtures (bolts/sheets) with a nano-periodic structure. In animal experiments using rats, while complete regeneration was not achieved by four weeks post-surgery, partial induction of bone formation in the superficial layer was confirmed, preceding deeper bone regeneration. 【Verification Contents】 ■ Verification of early healing due to reduced alignment induction of osteoblasts ■ Verification of early healing using nano-periodic structures combined with bone healing promoting substances ■ Verification of early healing through mechanical vibration application *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
