It minimizes distortion with a complete press quench (hardening and rapid cooling press) that can only be achieved with High Bright. 【Features】 - It is a fully automatic through-type with a four-chamber structure: transport table + purge chamber, heating chamber, cooling chamber, and purge chamber + extraction table, allowing for continuous hardening treatment. - By adjusting the cooling time, products can be removed while still hot, enabling complete rapid cooling press and minimizing distortion. - Heating is done using radiant heat and convection heat, preventing temperature variations caused by interference (shadows) between products. Shortened delivery times with a fully automatic atmosphere tempering furnace! It is a fully automatic through-type with a three-chamber structure: transport table + cooling chamber, heating chamber, cooling chamber + extraction table. When products are set in a basket and the cycle start button is pressed, tempering is automatically repeated twice.
