This report is on the inspection conducted using EasyInspector. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using the "Comparison with Master Image" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to detect the difference in one hole and determine visually similar items (different products) in 1.64 seconds. The offset correction frames were placed on the corner part of the workpiece (red frame) and the hole part (light blue frame). In the image on the right, the white color of the pin appears in the shadowed area of the groove, and this part is detected as a difference and marked in red, resulting in a judgment of NG (not good).
