However, by introducing the FKM type, these problems are resolved at once, reducing the man-hours required for replenishment, which not only enhances the efficiency of the processing site but also allows for stable processing accuracy and improvement due to consistent concentration. Additionally, it helps reduce excessive consumption of concentrated liquid and wear on cutting tools, leading to cost savings. A significant feature of the FKM type is its ability to determine concentration with precise volumetric ratios for measuring dilution water and concentrated liquid in the dilution mechanism, maintaining accuracy that is incomparable to the ejector method, which is affected by changes in environmental temperature. Furthermore, reliable liquid level sensors are installed in each coolant tank, controlling the start and stop of supply operations based on changes in the measured coolant amount, ensuring a safe mechanism that prevents coolant leakage due to excessive supply to the tank.
