In particular, we have mastered the production of frames using shaped steel materials such as equal angle steel and channel steel for distribution boards. In recent years, we have been focusing on "supports" that are required in various industries, leveraging our expertise. - For distribution boards and control panels - For solar power - For substation equipment - For free access floors in data centers - For air conditioning equipment - For robots - For piping - For wiring, etc. Supports, referred to as "kadai," are used in various situations. Previously, we only performed primary processing (cutting, drilling, notching) with ironworkers, but by incorporating machining centers capable of processing long-shaped steel materials, we can now perform various machining operations using end mills even without molds. As a result, we can process H-shaped steel, square pipes, round pipes, and everything can be handled in-house, leading to reduced lead times and satisfaction among many customers. Regarding the amount of welding associated with the framework of shaped steel materials and the technology for distortion removal, our company, which employs many skilled welders, is well-equipped to handle these needs.
