Buffer for nucleic acid analysis using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)
The buffer of hexylamine acetate (HAA) manufactured by ADS Biotec (formerly Transgenomic) can be used to create a mobile phase for nucleic acid analysis using ion-pair reverse phase HPLC. HAA is suitable for samples with a high GC content or for separation at the single nucleotide level. The component is 2.0M HAA. By using this product, you can create a buffer of HAA suitable for columns made by ADS Biotec. It is sold in cases containing six 200mL bottles. One case can produce 24L of HAA at a concentration of 0.1M.
